At the discretion of the editorial board, the winning entry will be selected for publication in Administrative and Regulatory Law News. |
| Notes: Essays must not exceed 12 pages, including title, citations, and any footnotes. The text of the essay must be double-spaced, with twelve-point font and one-inch margins. Entries should reflect the style of Administrative Law News articles rather than law review style. The competition is open to currently enrolled students of ABA accredited law schools who are also members of the ABA Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice. |
