| Essay Topic: Eligible papers may address any topic of general interest to the antitrust law community, including topics relating to civil and criminal antitrust law, competition policy, consumer protection and international competition law. |
| Prize Information: The first place winner will receive a check for $2,000 and an invitation to the Antitrust Section's Spring Meeting (April 21-23, 2010) in Washington, DC, where the award will be presented. Airfare(if living outside of DC), accommodations, and registration will be paid by the ABA. |
