Essay Topic: Papers will be accepted on any issue concerning American Indian Law. However, topics recently published in the American Law Review will not be favored.
Prize Information: First Prize $1,000 and publication of paper in the American Indian Law Review

Second Prize $500

Third Prize $250

All Prizes will be recognized on the masthead and receive Felix S. Cohen's Handbook of Federal Indian Law.

Others may also be published in the American Indian Law Review.
Notes: Must be a minimum of 20 pages and a maximum of 50 pages, excluding endnotes. See website for additional information.
