Deadline: January 19, 2010
Essay Topic: Any topic relating to the law governing the workplace, such as employment law, labor law, employee benefits, or employment discrimination.
Prize Information: One top honors award of $3,000 and two $1,000 awards will be presented to the top three entries. In addition to the cash awards, the top three entries will be published on the Institute for Law and the Workplace website.
Notes: Entries must be suitable for publication in a law review. Citations must conform to current Bluebook style. Papers must be printed on 8 1/2 by 11 inch white paper and must not exceed 35 pages in length, including footnootes, set in 12 point Times Roman font with double spacing and one inch margins.
