ISSUE 8.4 The Richmond Journal of Global Law and Business is proud to announce the publication of Issue 8.4 from the Richmond Journal of Global Law and Business.

SYMPOSIUM The Volume 9 Symposium will be presented on February 26, 2010. The topic will be "What is a War Crime in Times of Terrorism? A Collision of Authority: The U.S. Constitution and Universal Jurisdiction" and will present a panel of constitutional and international legal scholars including Professors Erwin Chemerinsky, Anthony Clark Arend, Mary Ellen O'Connell, and Jeremy Rabkin. Professor John Preis will moderate.
