Founded in 1998, the Richmond Journal of Global Law and Business is a student-run, accredited journal that addresses timely, overarching issues at the intersection of law and business. We currently publish four issues per year, including an Annual Survey on the Law of the WTO as well as a Symposium issue. Global offers the symposium to educate practicing attorneys and legal scholars on current business, international, and legal topics. The Journal has brought nationally and internationally recognized lecturers to campus, including R. James Woolsey, former director of Central Intelligence, the Ambassador of Algeria, and renown Professor Charles R. Nesson.
The Journal has published articles on many thought provoking issues of international and business importance since its inception. We invite you to visit our Archives to explore the array of topics discussed in the Journal.
