Congratulations to Darya Haag for winning the first annual Daniel T. Murphy Writing Competition for her piece on Intellectual Property rights in the WTO. MURPHY WRITING COMPETITION The second annual Daniel T. Murphy Writing Competition has been announced. Please see the Annual Survey page for more information. Submissions are due on Friday, January 8, 2010. SYMPOSIUM The Volume 9 Symposium will be presented on February 26, 2010. The topic will be "A Collision of Authority: The U.S. Constitution and International Jurisdiction" and will present constitutional and international legal scholars including Professor Erwin Chemerinsky and Professor Anthony Clark Arend, among others. |
