The 14th Annual Robert E. Shepherd, Jr., Juvenile Law and Education Conference was held on May 15, 2009 at the University of Richmond School of Law. Co-sponsors include the Mid-Atlantic Juvenile Defender Center and the National Center for Family Law at the University of Richmond School of Law. The 2009 focus was on educational issues.
