The Board of the National Center for Family Law is critical to the National Center’s success and prominence.  The Board is comprised of lawyers, judges, academics, and other professionals of stature in Family Law and related fields.

The function of the Board is to advise and assist the School of Law on all matters relating to the academic and service missions of the National Center for Family Law.  The Board operates through such Committees as the Board shall ordain. The Board provides consultation, advice, and  support on all aspects of the National Center for Family Law, including such matters as curriculum, publications, research, conferences and symposia, fundraising and grant proposals, public relations, continuing education, liaisons with bar groups, the judiciary, and other organizations and entities concerned with Family Law,  and pro bono service opportunities.

The National Center of Family Law, through the leadership efforts of its Board, seeks partnerships with government agencies and private organizations dedicated to Family Law issues.
