Professor Clark Williams teaches and writes in the areas of civil procedure, conflict of laws, and structure of the Virginia judicial system. He has also served as a consultant to various court systems and bar organizations on their rules of practice and procedure. From 1995 to 2014, Professor Williams served as the School of Law’s Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.
