Profile
Professor Jessica M. Erickson teaches Corporations and Civil Procedure at the University of Richmond School of Law. Her research focuses on issues relating to corporate governance and securities regulation. Prior to joining the faculty in 2007, Professor Erickson was an attorney at Hunton & Williams where her practice included securities class actions, derivative suits, internal investigations, and mergers and acquisitions. Professor Erickson graduated summa cum laude from Amherst College in 1998 and received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2002, where she graduated magna cum laude.
