Profile

Kevin C. Walsh teaches and writes in the areas of federal jurisdiction, constitutional law, and complex litigation. His scholarship explores the doctrines that define—and delimit—the scope of federal judicial power.

Walsh received his A.B. from Dartmouth College, and an M.A. in Theological Studies from the University of Notre Dame.

In early 2011, Professor Walsh filed two amicus curiae briefs addressing jurisdictional issues in the State challenges to the individual mandate in the federal healthcare reform legislation: a brief in Virginia v.
