Peter Willsey(L'93) and Susan Piascik(L '06) of the law firm Cooley Godward Kronish discuss keyward advertising disputes and associated trademark infringement issues with University of Richmond law students on April 2, 2009 from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Faculty Study.

 

IPI HOSTS GRIPLA MEETING AT UR DOWNTOWN

The IP Institute hosts the March meeting of the Greater Richmond Intellectual Property Law Association at the University's new downtown campus. Professor James Gibson gives a presentation on Recent Developments in Secondary Liability on Thursday, March 19, 2009 from 5 to 7 p.m. UR Downtown is located at the corner of 7th and East Broad Streets near the new federal courts building and houses the law school's pro bono center and family law clinic.
