Events & Travel
The Office of Admissions invites you to meet with admissions representatives at various virtual and in-person events where they are happy to answer questions and make materials available to you. Options include but are not limited to general admission sessions, personal statement workshops, and law student panels. Please know that all sessions allow time for individual questions as we know you may have specific needs.

Visit Us On Campus
Welcome to the University Richmond School of Law! We’re excited to welcome you to Princeton Review’s Most Beautiful Campus to learn more about learning the law. And if you can’t join us for a guided visit, no problem! Check out our self-guided walking and driving tour options.
Prospective Student?
Schedule a visit to the Law School by visiting our Campus Visit Calendar! Campus visits are hosted every Monday and Friday, and are a perfect opportunity to meet and learn from Admissions professionals and current students, and observe life as a law student here at Richmond Law. Each visit includes an information session, tour of the law school, and opportunity to chat individually with a member of the Admissions team.
Already Admitted?
Check your Spider Portal to see all the upcoming events we’ve put together for our admitted students! If you can’t make it to campus on a designated admitted student visit day, you’re welcome to attend any open campus visit that fits your schedule.
Group Visits
If you are interested in bringing a group to campus as a university or pre-law student organization, please contact the Admissions Office to discuss group visit opportunities.

Virtual Information Session
In our (somewhat biased) view, Richmond Law is a great place to begin your legal education. Whether it is the collegial community or a capital city full of opportunities, we’re glad you’re tuning in to find out what makes our law school stand out from the rest. These sessions will allow for time with admissions representatives where you can have individual questions answered!

Virtual Application Components & Process
We know the law school admissions process can be daunting, but understanding all the application parts can really help. Admissions team members will cover Credential Assembly Service Reports, the LSAT, letters of recommendation, personal statements, resumes, optional addenda, and more.
-
Virtual Personal Statement & Addendum Overview
Arguably one of the more challenging parts of the law school application process is writing your personal statement. In this session, Richmond Law Admissions members will highlight tips on where to start, how to avoid common pitfalls, and help you find a little direction on where you want your personal statement to go!
