Intellectual Property and Transactional Law Clinic

The clinic provides high quality, pro bono transactional legal services to start-ups, small businesses, non-profit organizations, and individual creators of intellectual property. The services are non-litigation intellectual property and business matters such as trademark registration applications, negotiating licensing agreements, setting up entities and drafting software terms of use, and other general business transactions and negotiations. This clinic is led by Professor Ashley R. Dobbs, Director of Intellectual Property and Transactional Law Clinic.
