Limiting Geographically Compact Districting (arguing that districting based on pure geographic compactness may be unconstitutional when the natural and probable consequence of such districting will be the lessening of the ability of minorities to exercise political power)
Gender Conformity and the Hostile Work Environment (examining how requiring or encouraging socially accepted gender conformity in the workplace may create a sexually hostile work environment)
