Ashley Hahn is the Operations Specialist in our Career Development Office. In this role, she oversees office operations, including event and program planning, judicial internship and clerkship letters of recommendation, the Summer Public Service Fellowship Program, vendor relationships, budget reconciliation, and CDO communications.
Ashley joined the University in 2018 as a Human Resources Administrative Support Floater and became part of the School of Law in 2019 as an Administrative Assistant. She was promoted to Administrative Coordinator in 2022 before transitioning to her current role in 2025.
Ashley holds a B.A. in English from Virginia Commonwealth University and a certification in health and life coaching from the Health Coach Institute. Prior to her time at the University, she worked in the nonprofit sector at the Virginia Foundation for Agriculture in the Classroom and the Virginia Home for Boys.
