Event Request Form
Please use this form to submit all event and meeting requests. Event and meeting requests should be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to your preferred event date. Your event/meeting is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from the Dean's Office.
Based on currently scheduled programs from 12-1 p.m., additional event requests will not be accepted for the following dates. We suggest considering alternative dates.
- Tuesday, Nov. 5
- Wednesday, Nov. 13
- Wednesday, Nov. 20
- Wednesday, Jan. 15 (no additional programming for 2Ls)
- Thursday, Jan. 16 (no additional programming for 3Ls)
- Friday, Jan. 17 (no additional programming for 1Ls)
- Wednesday, March 19
- Thursday, March 27
