Event Request Form
Please use this form to submit all event and meeting requests. Event and meeting requests should be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to your preferred event date. Your event/meeting is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from the Dean's Office.
Based on currently scheduled programs from 12-1 p.m., additional event requests will not be accepted for the following dates. We suggest considering alternative dates.
- Thursday, August 28 (no additional 1L programs)
- Friday, August 29
- Friday, September 12 (no additional 1L programs)
- Thursday, September 18 (no additional 1L programs)
- Wednesday, September 24 (no additional 1L programs)
- Tuesday, September 30 (no additional 1L programs)
- Friday, November 21 (no additional 1L programs)
