Event Request Form
Please use this form to submit all event and meeting requests. Event and meeting requests should be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to your preferred event date. Your event/meeting is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from the Dean's Office.
Based on currently scheduled programs from 12-1 p.m., additional event requests will not be accepted for the following dates. We suggest considering alternative dates.
- Wednesday, January 14 (no additional 2L programs)
- Thursday, January 15 (no additional 3L programs)
- Friday, January 16 (no additional 1L programs)
- Friday, January 30 (no additional 1L programs)
- Friday, February 6
- Tuesday, February 17 (no additional 1L programs)
- Wednesday, March 18
- Thursday, March 19
- Friday, March 20
- Tuesday, March 31 (no additional 1L or 2L programs)
- Thursday, April 9
- Friday, April 10 (no additional 1L programs)
