Alice Outland collaborates with the Career Development Office (CDO) team to design and present professional development programs for students. She also coordinates the CDO's communications. Prior to joining the School of Law in 2026, Alice practiced law as a labor and employment litigation associate at Jones Day in Washington, D.C. She received a B.A. in English and Anthropology from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Va. and a J.D. from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Va.
