Alexandra “Ali” Silva joined Richmond Law in 2020. Previously, Professor Silva served as Executive Director of the Greater Richmond Bar Foundation and as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Richmond. Professor Silva is actively involved in the Richmond legal community, including her roles as Chair of the Virginia State Bar’s Access to Legal Services Committee, a member of the Virginia Bar Association’s Pro Bono Council, and a member of the Metro Richmond Women’s Bar Association’s Judicial Candidate Endorsement Committee. She earned her B.A. at Georgetown University and her J.D. at the William & Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law.
