    Sylvia is the Director of Public and Instructional Services in the Muse Law Library, and she manages the Law Library's public-facing and research instruction services. Sylvia also teaches legal research and provides research and reference assistance to the University of Richmond School of Law community. Previously, she supported law faculty scholarship as the Research and Faculty Services Librarian at the Muse Law Library. Before joining the University of Richmond, Sylvia interned at the Gallagher Law Library at the University of Washington. Sylvia worked as an in-house lawyer for MasTec, Inc., where she was involved in transactions related to telecommunications and energy infrastructure construction projects, commercial real estate, and mergers and acquisitions.
