Andrew Frank is the Access Services Librarian in the Muse Law Library. He supervises circulation, reserves, and interlibrary loan services for the law library. Prior to joining the Richmond Law Library, Mr. Frank served as the Public Services Librarian at Wilson College in Chambersburg, Pa., and as a Research and Instructional Services Librarian at Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pa. He is a member of the American Library Association and the Virginia Library Association.
