Professor W. Wade Berryhill is a Professor Emeritus at the Law School, having served on the faculty from 1976 until his retirement in 2007. He continues to teach in the areas of land use law, real estate transactions and contracts. Professor Berryhill is author of West's Virginia Practice Series on Real Estate Closings, as well as other works on real estate transactions.
